How to enter
Entries open at 6:00pm Tuesday 28th February. If you've not got a video ready to submit - no worries as long as you send over your entry form and the video entry by Thursday 31st August 2023.
To secure your place you must also send £30 per entry and £50 for the doubles category to bodypolecompetition@gmail.com via paypal (using friends and family option only). Entries fees are non refundable.
Once that's done you have until Thursday 31st August to submit your video entry by sending a private youtube link to bodypolecompetition@gmail.com
All video entries need to be at least 2 minutes 30 seconds and maximum 3 minutes.
For the live show on Sunday 12th November to Teesside Uni SU it will be on two poles and your performance will need to be at least 3 minutes 30 seconds and maximum 4 minutes.
Categories
Thank you for wanting to take part in our Body and Pole Competition. All your support means so much! The categories do not have an age limit, you can be over a certain age and still take part. This is a fully inclusive competition so if you're concerned about anything please feel free to email bodypolecompetition@gmail.com
We are everyone's biggest cheerleaders and always aim to create to positive atmosphere if that is at a competition or in the studio - we got you boo.
Total Beginner
No inverts, laybacks or moves where your hips are higher than your head. Hands only spins are allowed. You may climb and do sits /seats. Heels are allowed. They cannot have placed top three beginner at another competition in the last two years, or competed at a higher level.

Intermediate
No hands only move such as handsprings and shoulder mounts. You may shoulder dismount. Leg hands such as Gemini and Scorpio are permitted but no moves like cocoons are allowed. Heels are allowed. Cannot have placed in the top three in previous two years or competed at a higher level during that time.

Advanced Intermediate
Only one hands only move such as handsprings and shoulder mounts. You may shoulder dismount. Leg hands such as Gemini and Scorpio are permitted but no moves like cocoons are allowed. Heels are allowed. Must not have placed advanced intermediate or higher in last two years.

Naughty Classique amateur
Heels must be worn. You must remove one item of clothing. Nipple pasties and a thong type bottom are allowed, Don't be shy, show us your sexy, sensual and naughty side. Cannot have taught / completed paid performances in the last two years or placed in the top three of a Classique in the past two years.
